Blue and white figure box, 23.9 cm high, 16.1 cm caliber, 10.6 cm foot diameter
The box is a cylindrical three-layer box with a flat top cover and a ring foot. The center of the cover is painted with three people riding horses, supplemented by the Yunshan Pine Pavilion. The periphery is painted with Ruyi cloud pattern for a week, and the cover is painted with tortoise back brocade pattern. The upper and middle floors of the box are painted with ladies and courtyards, supplemented by flowers and cirrus clouds. The bottom layer and the foot are painted with tortoise back brocade and lotus petal pattern for one week respectively. No style
Although the painting method of the cloud pattern among the characters still has the legacy of the previous dynasty, from the perspective of its blue and white color and the shape of the implements, it reflects the characteristics of the blue and white implements in the Zhengde period. This box is beautiful and well-preserved. It is a rare set handed down from the Ming Dynasty
