Washing was widely used in ancient life, including toiletries, stationery or furnishings. Its shape is wide mouth, folded edge, wide lip, deep belly and flat bottom. From the Han Dynasty to the Jin Dynasty, it was popular to carve fish patterns on the bottom of utensils, including pottery and celadon products. The northern and southern porcelain kilns of the Song Dynasty were generally fired. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, the porcelain products such as blue and white, multicolored, pastel, and doucai from Jingdezhen kiln in Jiangxi Province were the best.
