Painting CCXXV. PAINTING IN ORIGINAL STATE. Large painting in bundle, showing condition in which most of these paintings were originally recovered by Sir Aurel Stein. This specimen has backing of strong paper and is in better state than many of the others were. The subject is apparently the Paradise of Amitābha, with side-scenes illustrating the legend of Queen Vaidehī, as in 1919,0101,0.35
