- Description:
The rocks in the painting describe the outline with sharp turning strokes, and then deal with the texture with rich shades of color, which is similar to Guo Xi’s painting of early spring and the modeling of rocks. However, the mountain structure is more divided than the Early Spring Map, and the lines are more transitional, which is obviously the continuation of Guo Xi’s style. Part of the painting is similar to the landscape of the Jin Dynasty. The style of the post Guoxi style shown in this painting has obviously crossed the political territory and spread to the northern region where the Jin people lived. There are many details in the painting, such as houses, buildings and even people’s activities, which can be called the revival of grand view landscape in the 13th century of the Northern Song Dynasty.
