Zhao Lingrang (active from 1070 to 1100), known as the Great Year. Bianjing people, Song imperial clan. He is good at painting small sceneries in plain and distant colors. Most of the paintings are of the lake, water village, smoke forest, and Fu Yan. The style is similar to Huichong (activity in 965-1017), elegant and beautiful, and famous at that time.
