In this painting, mountains and rivers are surrounded by forests and trees. Most of the stone chapped patterns are broken with wet ink. The brightness and obscurity are indistinct, and the outline is vague, which makes the mountains and plains misty. This painting is not printed by the author. According to the old signature, it is determined to be Juran’s work. However, the strokes and ink are similar to those of Jiang Shen (who lived in the early 12th century AD).
