The first part of the volume is a preface to the poem, which records the names of all the friends on this trip to Nancheng and their feelings, and forms 16 poems. The time is “the autumn and August of the eleventh year”. At the end of the volume, there was an inscription: “On the 20th of the month, the Jintai Residence was visited again by the Jintai Scholars, who asked for a book and chanted it before asking for it

The collection includes “Yi Yuan Zang Zhen”, “Xue Shu”, “Jiao Zhong Tang Zang”, “Shi Dao”, “Bi”, “Yi Zhu Xuan”, “Qing Zhu Yu Yin”, “Wang He Ji”, “Zi Sun Bao Zhi”, “Wu Men Xiao Yin”, “Fu Rong Shan Fang”, etc. In addition, Qianlong, Jiaqing and Xuantong Imperial Mansions have been sealed and sealed. It was recorded in Volume 5 of Shiqu Treasure Collection and carved into Volume 26 of Sanxi Hall Calligraphy. Nancheng Ancient Poem Calligraphy is one of the important works of Ji Xian in his lifetime. It records 16 five-character rhythmic poems and is contained in Volume II of Jintai Collection. The poems are all about towers, temples, gardens and pavilions in the metropolis, such as Minzhong Temple (today’s Fayuan Temple), Makeup Platform, Xihua Pond (today’s Qiongdao) and Taiye Pond
This post was delivered and collected by a private family in the Ming Dynasty, and belongs to the internal government in the Qing Dynasty. In 1923, Puyi took this note out of the palace by Pujie in the name of reward. After more than half a century of changes, at the end of 1999, the Palace Museum bought it back with a large sum of money, making it return to the Forbidden City
The style of the calligraphy is influenced by Zhao Mengfu, Zhang Yu and Ni Zan. It is neat and elegant.
