In the picture, the dead branches and broken stems in the lotus pond, a piece of broken lotus leaves slanted upward, and the rolled leaves were covered with traces of insect erosion. A wagtail stopped on it, holding the lotus stem tightly with its claws, twisting its neck and looking down, with a concentrated expression, which added some vitality to the bleak late autumn. The bird feathers are delicately portrayed, first rendered with color, and then drawn with a very fine pen. The strokes are vivid and elegant. The composition is dense, dynamic and static.
