Li Hu made the stone double thoughts image in the eighth year of the Kaihuang reign of the Sui Dynasty (588), with a residual height of 26.2 cm
The four figures of the two disciples of the Thoughtful Bodhisattva are carved in openwork, and the posture of the Thoughtful Bodhisattva is opposite. The upper body of Zuo Siwei Bodhisattva is missing. Right Siwei wears a three-leaf jewel crown on his head, and the jewels are draped on both sides of his shoulders. Wearing a peach tip collar, the upper body is bare, the lower skirt is close to the body, and there is no clothing pattern. The cloth draped around the inside of the upper arm and dragged down to the front of the table. The outer leg is half open, and the inner leg is barefoot on the small lotus platform. The inner hand touches the ankle, and the outer hand supports it. Cylindrical bundle silk seat, no pattern. There are feet with shoes on the small platform left on the outside of the Siwei Bodhisattva, which is supposed to be standing disciples. The lower part is a rectangular base, and the front side is bas-relieved with Boshan stove and two lions. The vow was carved on the back of the base, saying, “On May 8, the eighth year of Emperor Kaihuang’s reign, Li Husheng made a white jade statue of the first district, as the dead parents.”
