Gao Xiu Shi Zuo Shi Bodhisattva, the sixth year of Wuping in the Northern Qi Dynasty (575), with a residual height of 33.8 cm
Back screen single bodhisattva statue. The head of the bodhisattva is incomplete. It can be seen that the treasure on the right side hangs in front of the shoulder. The collar is in the shape of a circle. It is topless, with an ankle length skirt under it, and the waist lace is hanging down. After tying the silk under the chest, it hangs around the outside of the arm and drags to the ground, and the wreaths are pressed on the silk. Stand barefoot on the lotus platform. The Bodhisattva holds a lotus bud in his right chest and a peach shape on his left leg. The lower part is a rectangular base, with a rectangular shallow frame on the front. The center of the frame is Boshan furnace and lotus leaf, and the outer side is two lions. The vow is carved on the right and back sides of the base. It reads, “On June 4, the sixth year of Wuping in the Great Qi Dynasty, Gao Xiuyu was the dead daughter of Jinyu, and the white jade statue was built in the first area. The emperor’s majesty was on the top, and the seventh generation died first. See all the family members, including the living and so on, and go to the other side.”
