[Liu Bairen made the statue of Maitreya Bodhisattva]

Liu Bairen made the statue of Maitreya Bodhisattva, the ninth year of Tianbao in the Northern Qi Dynasty (558), with a residual height of 37 cm
The main statue is in the bodhisattva costume, with a cross-legged posture. On the left and right are the dragon twin-tree and the second thought bodhisattva. The dragon tree and the thought bodhisattva are both disabled. The two children under the foot of Jiaojiao Bodhisattva have lost their feet. The front of the base is a Boshan stove decorated with lotus flowers and two lions. The back part is engraved with a vow: “On October 8, 2009, Gao Gui’an’s wife Liu Bairen created a dragon tree sitting statue for the dead Gaoshi. The top is the country, the right (and) is the border, and the dead are born in heaven. See the order (today) to be virtuous (get) rich.”
