He took more than 1100 stereoscopic photos, recording the customs and traditions of China during the period of the People’s Republic

This group of photos was taken in 1932. From the photos, the author went north to take photos in Beijing, Suiyuan, Northeast China, Jiangsu and Zhejiang in 1931. After returning to Guangzhou, the author traveled westward to Wuchuan County, Zhanjiang. This photo was taken at this time

Wuchuan, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province and managed by Zhanjiang City, is located in the southwest of Guangdong Province, bordering Dianbai District of Maoming City in the east, the South China Sea in the south, Lianjiang City in the west, Potou District of Zhanjiang City in the southwest, and Huazhou City and Maonan District of Maoming City in the north.
