Sam Sanzetti, 1902— 1987. In 1921, 17 year old Shen Shidi, alone, jumped onto a British ship bound for Shanghai. In order to make a living, he made a living by polishing shoes outside the photo studio. In the process, he learned photography technology. They also bought cameras to create their own works. In 1927, Shen Shidi set up his own shop and opened a “; Shanghai Art Photography Museum&rdquo

Shen Shidi’s portrait photos have natural expression, soft light, simple and elegant background, and are beautiful like oil paintings.
