Jinzhou, now Jinzhou District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Liaodong Peninsula and the middle of Dalian. Jinzhou is the root of Dalian’s history and culture. The origin of the place name of Jinzhou: First, it originated from the Jinzhou Acropolis built in the Hongwu year of the Ming Dynasty. In fact, the place name of Jinzhou first appeared in the third year of Jinzhenyou; Second, it was named after the land bordering Jinzhou Bay

In the fourth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1371), Liao Duwei was set. In the fifth year of Hongwu (1372), it was set in Jinzhou, which belonged to the Shandong Chief Political Envoy. In the eighth year of Hongwu’s reign (1375), Jinzhou Wei was set up as the commander of Liaodong Capital. In the 28th year of Hongwu’s reign (1395), the state system was abolished and the health system was monopolized. It is located in Jinzhou City today

In the winter of the 23rd year of Guangxu (1897), the Tsarist Russian fleet occupied Lushunkou and set up“ Jinzhou City&rdquo& ldquo; Jinzhou District”, Belongs to“ Kanto Province”. In the 24th year of Guangxu’s reign (1898), it was forcibly leased by Tsar Russia

即大黑山，被誉为辽南第一山，原称大赫（大连方言，读三声）山、大和尚山、老虎山。位于辽宁省大连市金州区中心城东约5公里。大黑山是大连古文化的发祥地，集自然景观、人文景观于一身，被批准为国家AAA级景区、同时佛、道、儒三教合一，是辽东地区著名的宗^教圣地。

金州城北门外虎头山上的“三琦山”墓碑,三琦山即虎头山，为日本人所改名。这里的三琦是指甲午战争中因从事间谍活动，被清政^府处决的日清贸易所培养的间谍三崎（钟崎、山崎羔三郎、藤崎秀）。

大连响水观，位于金州区大黑山西北麓，是大连地区著名的道教庙宇，又称响水寺，韵水寺。相传建于唐代，后经历清代多次重修。
