一处金店，金属招牌刻有:"大黑河宝隆源金店"字样，下方还悬挂了一个“收买砂金”的广告牌。当时爱辉一带的江滩出产砂金，当时有不少如图中的金店，主要收购当地的淘金人所淘出的砂金。

黑河中央大街，两旁的西式建筑商铺，悬挂着各式招牌旗帜，其中右侧的二楼高高悬挂着长条横幅，写有：“鸿盛德专造时式男女靴鞋四季冠帽华洋”的字样，民国初期黑河街市繁华之一斑。

从照片中透露出的信息看，道板为当时黑河街市的典型特点。在上世纪80年代后期消失。道板是黑河民国初期黑河道尹张寿增在拉街基时为防止街道雨天泥泞、方便排水而设置的。电线杆林立道边，西式马车为当时出租之交通工具，车夫戴着黑边礼帽。有两个药房(见膏药商标)，一个钟表店。照片中穿着旗袍仕女为当时摩登装扮，另一打伞女子也着旗袍，当是于夏天拍照。当时人即有如现今女子防晒而采取的办法。

农行、县第一招待所、龙江浴池、艺新照相馆、自行车修理部、玉铭西药店(后来的市商业局位置)、土特产品商店、老一副食商店、县商业科、海兰照相馆、图书馆、文化馆、文化俱乐部、商业诊所、消防队、市水利局、老邮电局等，均在此街。

黑河江岸旁的道路，对岸就是俄国的布拉戈维申斯克市，也就是曾经属于中国的海兰泡，两国之间贸易往来便在此进行。

黑河的山东商会，建筑造型中西合璧。当时山东的商人来黑河经商的实力很强大。

鸟瞰黑河市貌，大多为俄式建筑，黑河地域历史悠久，唐朝时属黑水都督府管辖，到康熙时，为抗击沙俄侵略将黑龙江将军衙门迁至今爱辉区的瑷珲镇，到咸丰年间的1858年5月28日，清政府被迫与沙俄在此签订《瑷珲条约》，被割走大片国土，成为国人永远的伤痛。

黑河对岸的 海 兰 泡，1900年7月16日至21日在海兰泡发生了一桩针对中国人的惨事。这里不好说，估计难过审核，我就不说了。

黑河的小餐馆，墙上贴满了俄文报纸，一位俄罗斯年轻女子带着小女孩坐在椅子上。

黑河的赌%场，参赌的大部分是淘金客，他们淘金之后，便在此赌%博玩乐。

黑河的北安镇，是当时滨北、齐北铁路的交汇点，是一处交通要地，如今已成北安市区，1913年才有人来此经商开店，1916年筑城为镇，1939年改为北安县。

黑河的码头，作为谷类、木材、毛皮的集散地，通过黑龙江的水路运往各地。

黑龙江夕照，轮船航行江上，远处落日西沉，非常美丽。
