It was collected into a box during the reign of Emperor Qianlong, and there were six jade seals in total. It was mentioned in the small book pages attached to the box that the seal text was mostly consistent with the “Yintong”. Yintong, compiled by Luo Wangchang (after 1535-1607). Luo Shi, formerly known as Nandou, was renamed Wang Chang for avoiding misfortunes. He was born in Shexian County, Anhui Province. He is the son of Luo Longwen, a Mohist and connoisseur, and is famous for his seal cutting. At the request of Gu Congde, the ancient seals collected by the three generations of Gu’s ancestors and grandchildren and their friends were compiled into Yinsou. This book was printed in large quantities, which contributed to the trend of imitating Han seals in Wanli years. The seals are: “Military Music”, “Virtue and Justice”, “Shilu”, “Yongchang”, “Wei Ancheng”, “Sima”, “Yishou”. Both the printing buttons and the printing patterns were in the style of imitating Han in the late Ming Dynasty.
