    Rags, ears, round bottoms, hoofs and feet. Two string patterns are decorated at the lower part of the mouth edge, which is a style of late Western Zhou Dynasty, similar to the string pattern tripod unearthed in Caojiagou, Qishan, Shaanxi. The inscription is on the inner wall of the utensil. There are three pieces of the Great Tripod handed down, two of which are recorded in the Ancient Canon of the Western Qing Dynasty, and the device is recorded on page 17 of volume 2; The other one is recorded on page 19 of volume 2. The device is a vertical ear, and the original device is not found. In addition, the Palace Museum in Beijing has a Tongming Ding (Integration 02807), which also stands on ears, different from this one
