- Description:
This basin is shaped like a slag bucket, and has the characteristics of a long neck, a flat and round abdomen, and a round foot. The whole body is covered with azure glaze, and the surface of the glaze layer shows a long streak of flowing glaze, which is commonly known as “earthworm walking mud pattern”. This glaze phenomenon is mainly caused by improper drying after glaze application, cracks in glaze layer, and cracks in glaze during firing. The mouth edge is yellowish brown, the foot is painted with brown fetal protection juice, the bottom is dug with five holes, and inscribed with “Jianfu Palace”, “Jingsheng Zhai downstairs”, “six”, etc. It is worth noting that, compared with “Six”, the strokes of “Jianfu Palace” and “Jingsheng Zhai for downstairs use” are not smooth, and the character marks are white, which is obviously different from the surrounding glaze color, so they should be the characters that are repaired after burning. On the other hand, although the six pieces were carved before burning, they are brown and lighter than the surrounding glaze,
