Ke Jiusi (1290-1343), a native of Taizhou, has the name Jingzhong and his name is Mr. Danqiu. The Emperor Wenzong of the Yuan Dynasty set up Kuizhang Pavilion, where he was specially awarded the Doctor of Scholar’s Academy. He is erudite and able to write poems, works hard, and is good at ink and bamboo. He is also good at landscapes. This painting is a small regular script copy of the “Jiucheng Palace Liquan inscription”. Wang Xizhi’s brushwork is mainly used. Ouyang Xun and Yan Zhenqing’s brushwork is sometimes revealed, reflecting the origin of their calligraphy. The full function of the pen is vigorous, the structure is flat and straight, and the style is simple and elegant, showing a special aesthetic interest.
