Xianyushu (1246-1302), with the name of “Boji” (a kind of “Boji”), was born in Yuyang (now the northern part of Beijing). He is good at poetry, calligraphy and fine collection. Zhao Mengfu (1254-1322) was born in Huzhou (now Wuxing County, Zhejiang Province), with the name of Ziang and the name of Songxue Taoist. He is erudite and talented, and his poetry, calligraphy and painting are all valued by the world. Yu Ji (1272-1348) said: “Between Dade and Yanyou, Yuyang (Xianyushu), Wuxing (Zhao Mengfu), and Brazil (Deng Wenyuan) are good at calligraphy.” The influence of the two in the Yuan Dynasty calligraphy can be seen.
