Xianyushu (1246 to 1302 AD), a native of Yuyang (today’s Jixian, Tianjin), was named Boji. During the Zhiyuan period, he was selected as the capital of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, and later as the official of Taichang Temple. He is heroic and good at ci fu. Industrial and commercial calligraphy and painting. Zhao Mengfu said, “I wrote cursive script with Boji, but Boji was too far away to catch up with him. Boji is already gone. The world is called servant book, and the place without Buddha is called respect.” It can be said that we are convinced. This post discusses Zhang Xu, Huaisu, Gao Xian of the Tang Dynasty and Huang Tingjian of the Song Dynasty in cursive script. The influence of Huaisu’s cursive script can be seen by worshiping the Tang Dynasty and suppressing the Song Dynasty.
