  • Description:
The description of riverside huts, trees and rocks, and distant mountains is in the form of “one river and two banks”. There are many centers with pens, and the texturing method is dominated by linen, with slightly folded side pens. Ni Zan (1301-1374), in his late works, mostly wrote long inscriptions on paintings, combining simple and elegant composition with poetry, calligraphy and painting to form a unique look. The poem inscribed on the painting was copied from the original work “The Picture of Rong Ji Zhai”, which was collected in the courtyard. It was written by Ren Zisui (1372) on the 5th day of July in Yunlin, and was carefully examined. It was revealed that the poem was copied by future generations.
