- Description:
In the countryside of this painting, several old trees grow near the water. The leaves have withered away, exposing the withered branches. Only the old vines are still winding and hanging. The trees and slopes are all rendered in black, which makes you feel bleak and gloomy. The cold wind blows on the water. The ripples are like long cloaks, interwoven like scales, and stacked layer by layer, gradually fading away. It is wide and boundless. There is no famous money in the painting. Judging from the brush and ink, it is quite close to the style of Sheng Mao (14th century) of the Yuan Dynasty.
