Description:
Wall sherd of a ceramic vessel. The outside of the wheel-thrown vessel was decorated with an appliqué in the shape of a lion’s head. The animal is shown in full frontal view, head surrounded by the mane. The vessel was further decorated with incised lines and dots as well as a stamped flower.
