Description:
Porcelain stem cup with overglaze red and ‘kinrande’ decoration. This stem cup has a round bowl and a tall flaring hollow stem. Outside it is covered with a monochrome tomato-red glaze and ‘kinrande’ decoration. The design of a continuous lotus scroll with four large blooms and feathery foliage around the bowl, and ‘ruyi’ motifs around the stem, has mostly worn off. Inside the bowl is glazed white and the stem is partially glazed.
