In the Qing Dynasty, all kinds of decorations were provided for the Flower Collection. The hollowed out double-layer exquisite vase was inserted with white plum and bamboo. The fragrant bag, jade chime and bat mouth were hanging among the flowers, and the combination of auspicious clouds implied “happiness and longevity”. Copper incense burners are set on several black painted frames, incense chopsticks are inserted in porcelain bottles, and firecrackers and magnolia shaped pots are also inserted. The fruit tray in front is full of lilies, persimmons, apples and bergamots. Beside the fruit tray are cypresses and persimmons, ganoderma lucidum and thin necked glass bottles. The homophonic sound is skillfully used to express the meaning of “peace, luck and auspiciousness of Pepsi”. According to the style of the objects in his paintings, it should be painted by court painters in the middle and late Qing Dynasty.
