In this painting, the “crab claw” cold forest is carved with dry, thick ink and strong brushwork, and the mountain body with “rocks moving like clouds” is painted with light ink, which shows that it belongs to the Li Guo School of the Yuan Dynasty. However, according to the large number of ink dots on the mountain recesses, tree stones and remote mountain peaks, this painting was also influenced by Dong Ju and the two meter painting style.
