Painting showing a seated six-armed Avalokiteśvara with Candraprabha (Moon) and Sūryaprabha (Sun) in the top half. In the lower half Maitreya, Buddha of the Future, is on one side of an inscribed panel, with the painting’s donor, the priest Yuanhui, and the novice Liutong on the other. Ink and colour on silk.
