Fragment of a painted frontispiece, inscribed with the beginning of the apocryphal Ten Kings of Hell Sutra, showing a six-armed Avalokiteśvara, holding the sun (lost) and moon, and Kṣitigarbha, hooded and wearing a patched robe, flanked by the Ten Kings (several missing). Another fragment from the same frontispiece (OA 1919,0101,0.213) shows a donor figure holding a scroll. Ink and colour on paper.
