- Description:
It has a wide mouth, a long and thin neck, and its shoulder width is folded at an angle to connect with a large abdomen, with a flat bottom and no feet. The whole vessel is covered with azure glaze, with five small branch burn marks on the outsole; According to the unearthed objects from the Ru Kiln and Zhanggongxiang Kiln sites in Qingliangsi, Baofeng County, Henan Province, it can be inferred that the edge of this piece was smoothed, and it was originally a pan necked vase, similar to Islamic glassware in the 11th and 12th centuries. Our hospital collects two Ru kiln paper mallet bottles, the other one is engraved with “Fenghua” style and one imperial poem, with copper clasp at the mouth, similar in shape, all of which are handed down classics. At the place where the outer bottom of this piece was glazed and exposed, the poem titled “Official Kiln Bottle”, which was written by the Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, was engraved: “The pottery is pure and green, and its color and quality are better than those of the poor brother. With the help of copper, it guards the mouthpiece, and the book seat can be used to guard against the city of Italy. The hairpin is elegant and suitable for the name of Italy. It is said that the bosom has been relieved. The foot nail Xue’s fierce sincerity is no obstacle, but he abandons Meiqiong with a slight flaw.”. Department of Qianlong
