Comments:’21. Probably by Pien Wēn-Chin (Jap. Hen-Bun-shin). There are two artists named Wēn Chin. (the other being Tai Wēn-chin.)”The box is inscribed ‘Tai Wēn-chin” (unattributed annotations in the specially interleaved Japanese Study Room copy of Anderson 1886)
