Description:
Fragmentary handle of a clay vessel with an appliqué in the shape of a woman’s head. The face is moulded in great details and shown with large eyes, a long nose and elongated earlobes. The hair of the woman is brushed upward from the forehead and parted in the middle. The rest is gathered in a topknot. Details such as the strands of hair were rendered using incised lines.
