Description:
Stucco figure showing the head of a male bearded figure. The bulging eyes and eyebrows give the face a fierce expression. The man wears a turban which makes a roll around the head with a loose top-knot hanging towards the right. Traces of a white slip and the dark brown paint used to colour hair and beard are still visible. For faces made using the same mould see MAS.1036 (Mi.xi.00101) and MAS.1040 (Mi.xi.00122)
