Description:
Fragment of a stucco figure. This is the head of a male person, with a fierce expression and the hair brushed back. He has long and wavy hair and a beard formed by a series of curls. The head was made using a mould, while the curls of the beard were moulded and applied separately. Traces of a white slip and the brown paint used to colour hair and beard are still visible. For faces made using the same mould see MAS.1036, MAS.1040 and MAS.1041.
