These celadons were made in the south-western part of Zhejiang province in the area around Longquan in the Ou River basin. Longquan clay is light grey but re-oxidises during the cooling process in the kiln, so that it can appear orangey-red where it is unglazed. The Longquan kilns were non-official kilns.Stoneware, porcelain-type, with celadon glaze Longquan ware龍泉窯Longquan region, Zhejiang province 浙江省, 龍泉地區Southern Song to Yuan dynasty, about AD 1200–1368 PDF
