The end stone, the inkstone is rectangular, the surface of the inkstone is slightly concave, and slowly slants down to the ink pool. In the ink pool, a relief sculpture of the Luoshui Holy Turtle bears the calligraphy. The head of the turtle looks to the right, making the momentum of leaping waves and rushing waves. There are waves under the belly. The inkstone is carved with a pattern around the surface, and the back of the inkstone is covered with a hand depression of about one centimeter. The central Chinese characters are “Ruifa Civilization” and four character seal characters. Inkstone head wall is engraved with an inscription made by Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty. The regular script reads: “Who cut purple clouds on the rock wall? The ink pool is swarthy. The fragrance of the dragon is dense. It is carved as Luo negative. The ancestor of books, Fu said that there are clouds, things are not the same as the past, the way of a gentleman, the way of a gentleman, the dark sun chapter, the long time, the clean and polished, the writing and calligraphy, are not my business. Be careful with silk fiber, and the eternal aspiration of Qianlong”. The title of the section is “Qianlong Wuxu Imperial Inscription”, and the second seal is “ancient incense”, “too simple”. This inkstone inscription is also recorded in Complete Works of Imperial Poems and Prose of Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty (I), and two volumes of Imperial Prose (II), volume 40, page 11. The income of Qianlong’s Wuxu was recorded in the 43rd year of Qianlong’s reign, 1778 AD.
