- Description:
This painting depicts a Arhat, with white hair and beard, eyes and spirits, leaning on bamboo sticks, sitting on the Zen bed. There are two attendants at his side, one is twisting incense, and the other is preparing flowers. They look very respectful. The whole painting is colorful. Except for the stone chapped pen, it is all hooked by the center, and the pen is vigorous and smooth. Willow leaves and rattan branches can move like gods. It is said that there is no money seal. It was originally written by Li Song (1910-12300 AD), but from the perspective of painting style, it may be the work of Yuan Dynasty painters. Li Song is from Qiantang (now Hangzhou, Zhejiang). The academies of Guang, Ning and Lizong waited for the imperial edict and painted Taoist and Buddhist figures.
