In ancient legends, feathered men with heterogeneous bodies would gradually become immortals with flying ability. Zhuangzi records that the divine man who lives in Gushe Mountain can ride the clouds and fly around the world with flying dragons. The earliest flying immortal image handed down can be seen in the stone carving line painting in the sixth century.
