Zhang Fangping (1007-1091), with the word “An Dao” and the name of “Le Quan Ju Shi”, was born in Yingtian Song City (now Shangqiu, Henan Province). The officials were informed of the political affairs (prime minister). They were heroic and upright, and had no attachment to the court.
