Cai Xiang (A.D. 102-1067), with the word Junmo, was a Xianyou from Fujian. In the eighth year of Emperor Renzong’s Tiansheng, he was a scholar (1030). He was an official of the Imperial Academy and the Duanming Hall, and knew the affairs of Quanzhou, Fuzhou, Kaifeng and Hangzhou.
