The bottle body is in the shape of a three petal flower, with a slightly slanted mouth, a long neck, a round belly, and rounded feet. The inner wall of the bottle is painted with turquoise green glaze, and the outer wall is painted with sauce glaze. On it, there are gold colored entangled branches and chrysanthemum patterns. The neck is stacked with curly branches and leaves and five tender peach seeds, and the shoulders are decorated with ganoderma lucidum. On the outer sole, there are six characters and three lines in a yin engraved seal script “made in the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty.”
The three-lobed shape of this bottle achieves a multi-layer and three-dimensional effect visually, avoiding the slightly rigid disadvantages of ordinary long-necked bottles. The peach fruit and ganoderma lucidum piled on the bottle body indicate that this bottle should be a birthday gift for Emperor Qianlong on his birthday.
