Ancient Bronze Colored Double Ear Stove, Qing Qianlong, height 4.9 cm, caliber 8.9 cm, foot diameter 7.3 cm
The furnace has a flat edge, a short neck, a flat round abdomen, symmetrical ears, and circular feet between the neck and abdomen. The whole body is made of tea powder glaze, the interior is light and plain, and the exterior is decorated with gold color. The flat edge of the mouth and near the foot are painted with curly grass patterns, the lower edge of the mouth is painted with echo patterns, the shoulder is painted with Ruyi cloud head patterns, the abdominal theme is decorated with Kui dragon patterns, and the seal character “Made in the Qianlong Year of the Qing Dynasty” is stamped on the bottom center
The shape, glaze color, and ornamentation of this furnace are all modeled after copper ware, with exquisite craftsmanship and decorative patterns depicting gold, fully demonstrating the superb porcelain making techniques of the Qianlong official kiln.
