The spring style jade pot holding pot was popular in southern kilns from the Yuan Dynasty to the early Ming Dynasty, and later became one of the traditional shapes, which has always been popular among people. Among them, the holding pot belonging to the Yongle and Xuande periods in the Ming Dynasty was the most beautiful, and it was copied in various dynasties in the Qing Dynasty. The body and decoration of this pot are modeled after the Ming Xuande Blue and White Three Fruit Holding Pot. The shape is slightly harder than the Xuande Holding Pot, and the texture is more delicate and pure white. The decorative depiction is too delicate and meticulous, but it is not as natural and vivid as the Xuande pattern. The blue and white flowers are brightly colored, with dense small blue and black spots at the densest spots. They are caused by artificial coloring, with distinct characteristics of the Qing Qianlong Dynasty blue and white ware.
