The Wenyuan Pavilion is located behind the Wenhua Palace and is a famous palace library. The two encyclopedias of the Qing Dynasty, the original of “Siku Quanshu” and “Integration of Ancient and Modern Books”, are stored here. In the 47th year of Qianlong’s reign (1782), the first volume of the “Complete Book of Four Treasures” was completed. Emperor Qianlong’s edict: Starting from April 4th, each volume will contain two imperial treasures. The former was called “Treasure of Wenyuan Pavilion”, and the latter was called “Treasure of Qianlong Imperial Tour”. This indicates that this treasure is a treasure seal specially stamped on the Wenyuan Pavilion’s “Four Treasury Complete Books”
