Double-coloured bamboo-style covered pot

[Colorful bamboo-pattern bamboo-bottomed cover can]

Colorful bamboo-pattern bamboo-bottomed cover can, in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, was 16.7 cm in height, 4.2 cm in diameter and 11.7 cm in foot diameter
The can has a small mouth, a straight neck, an oblique flat shoulder, a round foot, and a cover. The tank body is divided into three bamboo sections with convex string pattern as the boundary. The cover is also shaped like a bamboo knot, with the upper and lower edges bulged. The top of the cover is painted with chrysanthemum patterns and yellow stamens and red petals. The bamboo knots of the lid and the can body are decorated with beaded patterns to form bamboo root spots. The whole body is painted with multiple groups of bamboo leaf patterns, and the bamboo leaves are filled with green light colors. The outsole is printed with blue and white regular script “made during the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty” in six characters, double lines and double circles
The use of a large number of single colors in decoration belongs to the special variety of the fighting color porcelain. The single color has been seen in the colored porcelain in the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty, while the production of the single color utensils in the Kangxi colored porcelain is more exquisite and has a fresh and elegant taste.
