[Blue Jade Sleeping Dog]
Clear, 2.7 cm high, 5.5 cm long
Blue jade, round sculpture. The dog is in a lying position, with its head raised, its eyes protruding, its front paws folded, its rear paws curled under its body, and its tail curled up in three bunches. The back is embossed with obvious spine, and the ribs are carved on both sides of the spine with simple lines. The dog has a collar around its neck
This is a small dog of pug type, which was donated by Mr. Sun Yingzhou in 1956.
