[Clay Yongzheng Statue]
Clay Yongzheng Statue, Qing Dynasty, 32 cm high
This image is very similar to the portrait of Yongzheng collected by the Qing Dynasty Palace. It has a beautiful face, a dragon hat, a plait at the back of the head, a white face and red lips, and a stone blue cloud double-breasted robe. The pattern is simple and smooth, and the feet are facing the boots
This painted statue of Yongzheng was originally stored in the Jingshan Shouhuang Hall, which worships the images of ancestors in the Qing Dynasty. There are also other objects used by the Emperor Yongzheng. It can be seen that the royal family of the Qing Dynasty attached great importance to this statue. This image was fabricated by a sculptor recruited from Suzhou by the Nurturing Hall Manufacturing Office. It was recognized by the royal family and has been handed down to this day. It is a rare plastic art.
