Qingtuo Three Kingdoms Valley Langbei Axis

[Qingtuo Three Kingdoms Gulang Stele Axis]

Gulang Stele, carved in the first year of the Wu Phoenix of the Three Kingdoms (272 years), ink extension, whole paper mounted axis. 293 cm vertically and 108 cm horizontally. Mr. Ma Heng donated gifts
The inscription on this tablet is “The Stele of Wu Gujiuzhen, the Supreme Chancellor of the Valley”. It was established in Leiyang County, Hunan Province in the first year of Wu Fenghuang (272) during the Three Kingdoms Period. The official script of the inscription is simple and plain, and it is not carved. It has a natural taste. Its style is different from that of the Eastern Han Dynasty and the Caowei tablet. It is a famous tablet of the Three Kingdoms. On the left and right of the tablet, the inscription of the descendant of the Gu family and the inscription of the rebuilt inscription in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty were carved out
There is a postscript by Mr. Ma Heng on the left and upper right corners of the rubbings, saying that “this is a gift from Zhu Junxin Yuan, and the whole shape is particularly rare.” And he praised the inscription “The calligraphy inherits the Han Dynasty’s division, and the current division is the era of division and division.”
Although this is an extension of the late Qing Dynasty that has been chiseled and rebuilt, it has been handed down from many generations, but it seems that the full shape of the inscription head of the rubbings is rare, so Mr. Ma Heng specially saved it.
