[Epitaph of Dong Meiren]

Qing rubbings. Unearthed in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province during the reign of Daoguang in Jiaqing of the Shiqing Dynasty, it once belonged to Shanghai Lujian Temple and Xu Weiren. It was destroyed by war in the third year of Xianfeng of the Qing Dynasty (1853)
The seventeenth year of Kaihuang in the Sui Dynasty (597). It is upright and strict, handsome and straight, with beautiful bones and abundant muscles, flat and square shape, proper layout, and both square and round strokes
