The cover of the blue and white body check out halberd Dharma wheel can, Ming Xuande, is 6.5 cm high, 20.5 cm in surface diameter and 21.5 cm in bottom diameter
The cover is decorated with four cloud patterns and five Sanskrit characters in blue, which are Buddhist seed characters. The outer wall of the cover is decorated with sea water patterns. The top surface of the cover is surrounded by nine lotus petal patterns. Each petal is printed with a blue type-checked character. The central double-line circle is sealed with the five characters “Dade Auspicious Field” from left to right
This should be the cover of Xuande Blue and White Halberd Falun can, and the can body has been lost. This is a Buddhist utensil specially made for the court in Jingdezhen.
